Where are your scarves made?

Each Tulip scarf is designed in our studio in Hackney and carefully produced by our trusted, Manchester based, manufacturing partners who share our love for quality and detail.

What are Tulip scarves made from?

Our scarves are made from 100% acrylic - chosen for its soft feel, long-lasting colour, and easy care. It’s lightweight, cosy, and made to be worn season after season.

Are your scarves itchy?

Nope! Tulip scarves are designed to feel soft and comforting against your skin.

What’s your return policy?

We trust you will love your scarf, but if it isn’t quite right for you, you can return it within 14 days as long as it’s unworn, in it's original condition, with all tags.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from outside of the UK.

How do I make a return?

To place a return, please email me at tom@tulipstudios.co.uk with your full name, order number and reason for return. I will get back to you as soon as possible with all the details of how to return your item.

What happens next?

Once you have packaged your return using the instructions provided, you will have to ship your item back to us at your own cost.

We will then check the product, and once approved, please allow 10 working days for the return to appear in your bank account.

Please note: there’s a small 5% restocking fee on returns, it helps us keep things running smoothly while we’re still a small and growing brand.

With a touch of care, your Tulip scarf will stay dreamy for years to come.

• It's best to give it a gentle hand wash in cool or lukewarm water.
  
• Use a mild detergent - nothing too harsh.
  
• Skip the wringing - just press the water out softly.
  
• Lay flat to dry on a towel, avoiding direct sunlight.
  
• No tumble drying.
  
• If it needs a smooth-out, use a cool iron or steamer on the lowest setting.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Manchester.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We’re a small team, but we move pretty fast. We usually ship within 1–3 working days.

Delivery times vary depending on where you live, but you’ll get a tracking link as soon as your scarf sets off on its journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the EU, US and Canada. If you’re ordering from overseas, just give us a little extra time to get things moving.
